Traffic was tied up for much of the afternoon after a dump truck carrying a load of asphalt crashed and overturned on Highway 99 at 168th Street SW. All northbound lanes of Highway 99 blocked at 168th St SW (as of 4:20 p.m.) A dump truck filled with asphalt has turned over and four vehicles total are involved. The kids at Hazelwood Elementary have spent this month walking so that disadvantaged children can have shoes. The fundraiser was the brainchild of P.E. teacher Scott Boyce.
