2:55 p.m. Update: The driver of the 1996 Nissan 300 ZX was a 55-year-old Lynnwood man. He was trying to sell his sports car to the passenger, a man from Missoula, Montana. The owner of J & R Auto Body in Lynnwood has been sentenced to three months in jail for not paying sales tax. 30-year-old José R.
