The line for 85°C Bakery Cafe’s Grand Opening celebration on Friday morning began forming an hour and a half before the store opened and stretched from the door to nearly the end of the strip mall before the ribbon was cut at 9 a.m.
The Lynnwood location is 85°C’s second store in Washington. It has been open for about two weeks for a soft opening, but held its Grand Opening Celebration on Friday.
The bakery has 1,000 locations across the globe. It is known for its Asian-European inspired pastries and sea salt coffees, among other offerings. The bakery also offers layer and roll cakes.
