The following are selected incidents from the Lynnwood Police blotter.
June 18
18900 block of 72nd Ave. W. Animal. A couple brought in a dog they found. The dog was taken to a shelter.
June 19
4100 block of 189th Pl. SW. Burglary. A motorcycle was stolen out of an open garage. It was recovered a few hours later.
5800 block of 202nd St. SW. Animal. A found dog was taken to the Everett Animal Shelter. It did not have any tag or chip.
June 22
2600 block of 196th St. SW. Traffic. A 34-year-old man was arrested for driving while license suspended and displaying an altered trip permit.
6300 block of 186th St. SW. Theft. A DVD player was stolen from a vehicle.
June 23
5300 block of 173rd Pl. SW. Malicious mischief. A vehicle was egged.
6400 block of 191st St. SW. Theft. A vehicle was broken into and $10 was stolen.
20600 block of 56th Ave. W. Assault. A 51-year-old man was arrested for assault.
4400 block of 176th St. SW. Theft. A motorcycle was reported stolen.
3000 block of 184th St. SW. Theft. A backpack was reported stolen from a locked car.
June 25
20000 block of 44th Ave. W. Fraud. A man was told he needed to pay his utility bill within 25 minutes or his power would be shut off and that he needed to pay it by a money pak. He did and then checked with the power company who told him his bill was current and the call he received had been a fraud.
4400 block of 181st Pl. SW. Assault. A man was arrested for assault and violation of a domestic violence protection order.
20700 block of Highway 99. Found property. A cell phone was found. The battery was dead so no information has been retrieved.
