April 18
A robbery was reported in the 7500 block of 196th Street Southwest. A man entered a pharmacy and handed a note to the person at the counter demanding Oxycodone. The employee complied with the demands and then called 911. A K-9 track was attempted, but the suspect was not located. Surveillance video was requested.

A suspicious person was seen walking in the 6700 block of 183rd Street Southwest with a vacuum cleaner still in the box. The man then dropped the vacuum and ran away. Officers checked the area and saw an open garage. It’s unknown if the vacuum came from that location. The vacuum was entered into found property and the person with the open garage has been called, but did not pick up.

A vehicle theft was reported in the 20700 block of Highway 99. A man said that a woman he had met online had taken his vehicle.

April 19
A vehicle was reported stolen from the 4800 block of 196th Street Southwest. The vehicle was located with a driver inside. The registered owner took possession of the vehicle and the suspect was arrested.

A vehicle was reported stolen from the 20000 block of Highway 99.

A suspicious man was reported possibly following children between the ages of 10-12 years old in the 20400 block of 76th Avenue West. The man had not said anything to the children or done anything other than follow them, but it made the children uncomfortable. They told a parent who called police.

A school-issued laptop was reported stolen from the 6000 block of 168th Street Southwest. The student it was issued to withdrew from the district and did not return the laptop.

April 20
A shoplifter was reported in the 18500 block of Alderwood Mall Parkway. A cell phone valued at $720 was stolen.

A vehicle was reported stolen from the 19100 block of Highway 99.

A shoplifter was reported in the 17200 block of Highway 99. He was contacted and $56.25 worth of stolen merchandise was recovered. The suspect was cited for theft and possession of drugs.

April 21
A vehicle was reported stolen from the 3000 block of 196th Street Southwest.

A vehicle was reported stolen from the 19400 block of Highway 99. The vehicle was parked outside an auto body shop and had just been fixed. The owner had said he would come in to discuss payment. The next day, the vehicle was missing.

Several credit cards were found in a parking lot in the 17200 block of Highway 99.

A domestic assault was reported in the 3000 block of 184th Street Southwest. A man and woman were seen getting into a physical fight there. The incident was captured on surveillance video. The woman was arrested.

A woman attempted to cash a fraudulent check for $1,116.57 in the 17600 block of Highway 99. She left without cashing the check.

April 22
A vehicle prowl was reported in the 3500 block of 175th Place Southwest. A wallet, checkbook and cell phone holder were missing.

A shoplifter was reported in the 3000 block of 184th Street Southwest. A blender and cutlery set, valued at a total of $1,430, were taken.
