Lynnwood’s Police Chief was the subject of a badge pinning ceremony on Tuesday at the Lynnwood Convention Center.
Tom Davis was confirmed as the city’s police chief earlier this month. Click here to see photos from his confirmation.
He also sat down with Lynnwood Today for an Ask the Lynnwood Cop segment. Click here to watch it.
Davis has been serving as Interim Police Chief since early August 2016. He took over the department from Lynnwood Deputy Chief Bryan Stanifer, who had held the position of Interim Chief for about three months, after Chief Steven Jensen retired in May.
Davis has nearly 30 years of law enforcement experience in Washington state, most recently holding leadership roles with the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office before heading the Lynnwood Police Department.
