Developer close to a deal for a new tenant at the old Lynnwood HS site
A major tenant may be moving in to the old Lynnwood High School site across from Alderwood Mall. We just don’t know who yet. Marla Miller, executive director of the Edmonds School District, told me the developer, Cypress Equities, is negotiating with a major tenant, and the district is in the midst of securing appraisals.
