10 suspects taken into custody in Special Operations bust

Lynnwood Police arrested 10 individuals and seized weapons, ammunition, illegal narcotics, paraphernalia and a large amount of money at a house in the 2500 block of 205th Place during a Feb. 11 warrant service.

The house is located just outside the city limits of Lynnwood in unincorporated Snohomish County. The warrant was served early on Feb. 11 and was executed by the Lynnwood Police Special Operations Section, according to Lynnwood Police Public Information Officer Shannon Sessions. A case police was working on led officers to this house where they ended up arresting 10 adults (in their early 20s) — five males and five females— all from the Lynnwood area. Two of the people arrested were convicted felons. Two suspects had outstanding warrants for dealing drugs and weapons violations.

According to the neighbors, this house had been a problem for a longtime. There are no other suspects outstanding and police are in contact with the landlord/owner of the home, who is moving forward through the eviction process.
