All lanes of northbound Highway 99 in the 17700 block were closed Friday afteroon due to a serious collision involving a Community Transit bus. Police say the bus was filled with passengers at the time but it doesn’t look like anyone on the bus was hurt.
One person in one of the other vehicles needed to be cut out with the jaws of life by Lynnwood firefighters. That person is in critical condition.
