A crew from Experience Momentum in Lynnwood took Earth Day off of their traditional work on Friday, April 22, but still did some work outside.
About 30 team members partnered with the City of Lynnwood that day to clean up a three-mile portion the Interurban Trail.
“One of our company’s core values is taking care of the environment,” Shanon Tysland, an owner and physical therapist at Experience Momentum, said. “We are a one percent for the planet partner, giving one of our revenue to environmental nonprofits committed to improving our environment.”
The work completed included cutting out invasive weeds, planting new trees and picking up trash.
