Snohomish County Search and Rescue is looking for a 95-year-old man with dementia who wandered away from a Martha Lake residence on Wednesday.

Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Shari Ireton said Richard David Jacobs was last seen around 1 p.m. near the 15800 block of 2nd Place West. Jacobs is 5-foot-7 and weighs around 130 lbs with gray hair and green eyes. He was wearing a gray shirt and tan pants, possibly carrying a shaving-type bag.

Jacobs may be trying to return to his home in Oak Harbor and does not have a cell phone. Neighbors are asked to call 9-1-1 if he is located.
