Anthony’s Seafood Grill — the company’s first landlocked restaurant — is getting ready to open to the public this Monday.
It’s located in the former McGrath’s restaurant at Alderwood Mall next to the AMC-Loews Theaters.
On Friday, Oct. 7, Anthony’s will host a private benefit dinner to celebrate the grand opening.
“In keeping with our tradition of naming a local organization as the beneficiary of our grand opening celebrations, we have selected the Puget Sound affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure in honor of long-time Komen and Anthony’s supporters, Jerry and Charlene Lee,” spokesperson Inge Krippaehne told us.
She describes the Alderwood location as “contemporary and casual.” The restaurant has 8,200 square feet of inside dining space and another 750 square feet of outdoor space.
Anthony’s says this off-the-water dining concept marks a new direction for future locations.
