Officers arrested a 24-year-old man last night after a domestic violence incident in a parking lot.

It happened about 9 p.m. outside a restaurant on 196th St. SW and 42nd Ave. W.

Police aren’t releasing too many details, other than to say it involved a 20-year-old woman who was known to the man, and a weapon of some kind.

The suspect, who is from Silverdale, was tased because he reportedly would not cooperate with officers. He was booked into the Snohomish County Jail one one count of assault and one count of kidnapping.

The investigation is ongoing.
