The new challenges, as well as opportunities, for parenting well in our complex, high-tech society.

Family activities that will help you control “screen-machines” and help your children manage and use TV, video, video games, and digital devices wisely, without compromising brain development or their real needs for optimal cognitive, emotional/social development.

Powerful real needs of your child’s brain and the best ways parents support the complex orchestration of brain growth and mental know-how.

Creative ways to give your children The Vital Five™—the five most important developmental needs that often get shortchanged in our hectic, mass media/digital society.
