The Edmonds Community College Music Department host a Faculty Recital/Flute Showcase featuring Torrey Kaminski at 2 p.m., March 10 at the school’s Black Box Threatre.
The concert is open to the pubic with a suggested donation of $7.
Then on March 13, the Black Box Theatre present a St. Patty’s Day Swing Dance with MoodSwings at 6 p.m.
The festivities kick off with dance lessons at 6 p.m. Then, The MoodSwings will get your toes-a-tapping from 7-9 p.m. with the sweet sounds of big band legends like Duke Ellington, Benny Goodman, and Hoagy Carmichael. Plans for the evening also include a dance demonstration and other entertainment. Snacks and desserts can also be purchased throughout the night. Proceeds benefit the Edmonds Community College Foundation.
Tickets are $15.
