Boys basketball: Jackson dominates Lynnwood

lynnwood-royals-logo1Lynnwood fell behind early and could not recover against first place Jackson, as the Timberwolves coasted to a 97-37 victory in a Wesco 4A South Division boys basketball game Friday night at Jackson High School.

Tyler McArthur scored a team-high 11 points for the Royals, who trailed 24-4 after the first quarter.

Dan Kingma scored 21 points and Jason Todd added 20 for Jackson (13-0 in the league, 17-1 overall).

Lynnwood (3-10, 4-14) closes out the regular season with games against Cascade and Mariner next week.
