Brittany is still available through Edmonds-based Northwest International Pet Rescue.
Her foster mom Cathy Miler says Brittany, a 13-pound female that is a likely Cairn/Yorkie mix, “is one of the sweetest, cutest, most affectionate, playful and loving little fosters I’ve ever had.”
Brittany, however, will be a somewhat challenging placement,” Miler noted. “She needs a home with another small dog who likes her, for she loves to play (her lonnngggg back is an accident waiting to happen with the paw of a large dog), someone home almost all the time (for she has separation anxiety in the extreme), and someone who is familiar with rescue dogs or at least willing to finish her housebreaking skills, which are still iffy after four months!”
Brittany is crate trained, spayed/neutered, microchipped, wormed, flea treated, and current on DHPP, bordatella and rabies vaccines.
She is available for an adoption fee of $250.
