Home prices in Lynnwood were up 7.5 percent percent in July compared to this time last year. Sales were up 7.3 percent with 132 homes sold, according to Redfin, a national real estate brokerage company. July’s median price for all homes in Lynnwood was $333,000. Lynnwood man identified as hiker killed in fall near Spada Lake
The Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office has identifed Richard W. Maehren of Lynnwood as the 53-year-old man who was killed after a fall near Spada Lake on Aug. 31.
