City Council to hold public hearing on utility rate fees

Lynnwood Logo and TaglineThe Lynnwood City Council will hold a public hearing on ultility rates at 7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 23 in the City Council Chambers located in the Lynnwood Civic Center (19100 44th Ave. W. in Lynnwood).

The purpose of this hearing is to accept public comments and consider adoption of an ordinance setting the water, sewer and stormwater utility rates for the six year period 2014 through 2019. The proposed action is to approve utility rate fees including adoption of associated ordinances and fee schedules.

All interested persons are invited to attend this hearing and offer any comments they may have regarding the proposals. No new materials, testimony, or statements will be accepted after this public hearing.
