Tonight the Lynnwood City Council will take public comments on two significant items:
- Transportation Benefit District – Should the city add a $20 fee to vehicle registrations to fund transportation improvements? Council members are expected to vote on the matter following public comments. Council President Ted Hikel believes it will pass. (Read the earlier story we did.)
- Halls Lake East Subdivision – The Council also will hold a public hearing on a proposal to build 25 homes on 10.5 acres at the east end of Hall Lake in south Lynnwood.
The meeting begins at 7 p.m. at Council chambers next to City Hall (19100 44th Ave West).
Real first and last names — as well as city of residence — are required for all commenters.
