If you received two of the same utility bills this month, you’re not alone. The city posted this notice on its website:
To our valued Utility customers, the city has recently been made aware of a glitch in one of our print servers that accidentally issued two identical invoices. Thank you for making us aware of the problem and rest-assured we are working diligently to fix the problem. Please disregard the duplicate invoice and only pay one time. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for the inconvenience.
