Edmonds Community College posted a Facebook notice that the school’s popular cafe is open for winter quarter. The EdCC College Cafe is operated by students in the college’s culinary arts program and is open most Mondays through Thursdays, 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., with last seating at 1 p.m. Produce frequently comes from the school’s SAge (Sustainable Agriculture Education) program. Items on the lunch menu vary, and may include Cuban Sandwich, Chicken Curry, Ricotta Gnocchi with Goat Cream Sauce, or Grilled Alaskan Salmon with Ginger Tomato Coulis.
