Edmonds Community College student veterans chat with Congressman’s staff

Though Congressman Rick Larsen was unable to make his scheduled Tuesday appearance at Edmonds Community College due to President Obama’s visit to Oso, two of his staff members met with a number of student veterans at the school’s Veterans Resource Center.
Mike Schanch and Katrina Osbourn from Larsen’s office answered questions about resources, internships and claims processing from students and Veterans Resource Director Chris Szarek. Edmonds Community College President Jean Hernandez also attended the meeting.
