Did you know that 1 in 7 people in Snohomish County don’t have enough food for dinner tonight? You can help feed your neighbors in need. The National Association of Letter Carriers is partnering with Volunteers of America Western Washington, Snohomish County Labor Council, Branch 791 and United Way of Snohomish County to help Stamp Out Hunger. Help us celebrate the Letter Carriers Food Drive 25th Anniversary by collecting over 350,000 pounds of food this year. Watch your mailbox for your white food donation bag to fill with non-perishable food items. Then on Saturday, May 13th place your filled bag in or next to your mailbox. Postal workers from all over the county will be collecting the bags so we can continue to help eliminate hunger in Snohomish County.
