An Evening with Rachel Carson–Author of Silent Spring, as portrayed by Deborah Dimitre–Storyteller

Pilchuck Audubon Society’s April program meeting brings a great performance by Storyteller/Actress Debbie Dimitre portraying Rachel Carson who was an American scientist, marine biologist and author of Silent Spring, the book many believe started the environmental movement.
Through careful research and drafting of dramatic and historically accurate scripts, Debbie is able to bring to life a selection of women’s stories in a very entertaining and engaging way.
