Are you a friendly, energetic person, looking for a place to start your career in the culinary arts? If so then you may be a great fit for our creative, high energy team. 85c is a West Coast bakery cafe that has been leading the way in creating 5 star quality pastries at affordable prices.
We are looking for a few good Baristas to join our team, in the exciting fast paced specialty coffee business to preform the following:
1) Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas.
2) Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment.
3) Clean service or seating areas.
4) Describe menu items to customers or suggest products that might appeal to them.
5) Order, receive, or stock supplies or retail products.
6) Provide customers with product details, such as coffee blend or preparation descriptions.
7) Receive and process customer payments.
8) Serve prepared foods, such as muffins, biscotti, or bagels.
9) Stock customer service stations with paper products or beverage preparation items.
10) Take customer orders and convey them to other employees for preparation.
11) Take out garbage.
12) Weigh, grind, or pack coffee beans for customers.
13) Wrap, label, or date food items for sale.
14) Set up or restock product displays. MUST be able to work weekends and OT!
We have a confirmed Job Fair on 5/16 and 5/18 at our 85C Tukwila store. Address is 1341 Westfield Southcenter Mall, Tukwila, WA 98188 from 8am-12pm.
