EXPOSURE 2017

Sep 8th, 9th and 10th!

KATY HAGELIN dance project company will present EXPOSURE 2017 (professional ballet/contemporary/hiphop show, kid friendly, good messages) on September 8th, 9th and 10th 2017 at 8:00pm each evening at Everett PUD Auditorium. Tickets selling at Brown Paper Tickets www.brownpapertickets.com under “EXPOSURE 2017” or at www.katyhagelindanceproject.org. Tickets are discounted online $20 and $25 at the door. $15 for youth and $15-$20 for Olympic Peninsula Residents.  

 EXPOSURE is a contemporary ballet and modern dance show where four choreographers, Katy Hagelin, Wade Walthall, Megan Becker and Victoria Gutierrez; and ten company professional dancers will present work exploring imbalances within society and offer ideas, hope and empowerment for change. This show will be a fun upbeat and beautiful technical show; a breath of fresh air with life giving messages.

The goal of KHDP’s mission for EXPOSURE is to not only “expose” truth and hope about what we examine, but we also desire to place ourselves within our community and become “exposed” ourselves -revealing what is inside our own hearts desires and struggles as human beings. We want our audiences to leave the show informed and encouraged to continue to making positive changes in the world around them. We feel as artists, it is important to expose what our culture is dealing with in regards to this current day and age. It is one of our goals to translate truths and make present history more understandable. The show not only will use classically trained talented dancers, but will be audience-friendly, understandable and fun!
