Ford Drive 4 UR School Event and Block Party

PUT THE PEDAL TO THE METAL FOR MEADOWDALE’S BOOSTER CLUBS!

Attention car enthusiasts! Cruise on over to Meadowdale High School (6002 168th St SW, Lynnwood) on Saturday, September 26th from 9am to 5pm for the “Ford Drive 4 UR School Event and Block Party” sponsored by Harris Ford and the Ford Corporation.

This truly fun and unique fundraising event, held in the north parking lot of Meadowdale High School, will feature up to 15 of the latest Ford models (including the super cool Mustang!) from the Harris Ford dealership for FREE test drives. For every qualified test drive that’s completed at the event, Harris Ford and the Ford Corporation will generously donate $20 to the school, with a goal of raising up to $6,000 total. Proceeds will benefit the Arts, Music, and Sports Booster Clubs of Meadowdale High School as well as Grad Party 2016.

But the fun doesn’t stop there! Come to this retro-themed party to enjoy:
• A vintage old-fashioned Ford ice cream truck
• Live music, including Meadowdale High School’s own popular and talented Jazz Quartet
• Classic Ford trucks and cars on display (weather dependent)
• An iPad and other prizes will be raffled off
• Food and beverages for purchase
• Lynnwood Fire Department
• Crime Prevention of Lynnwood

In keeping with the “drive” theme and to help give back to the community, Meadowdale High School will also host a blood drive at the event, presented by Bloodworks (previously Puget Sound Blood Bank). Event coordinators encourage the attendees to donate blood – but only after your test drive!
