“Get What You Give: Creating a Respectful Work Environment” Professional Development Workshop

This 2 hour course will provide tools to address unwanted workplace behaviors so supervisors and managers can confidently identify unwanted behavior (from elementary to severe) and take action as appropriate. This training provides the nuts and bolts to move forward in a legally defensible manner when progressive discipline is appropriate to ensure a healthy work environment. Recommended for supervisors, managers, administrators and anyone else who manages staff.
