Klesick Farms is pleased to invite you to participate in Inspire: A Community Be Healthy Event. This unique free one-day event is open to the entire community, so, save the date and we hope to see you in January!

What:
This will be a health fair focusing on good food, wellness, fitness, naturopathic, homeopathic, chiropractic, etc. There will be cooking demonstrations, educational classes, and a great group of vendors. This is going to be a lot of fun and super informational!
SPEAKERS
Hazel Borden with the Alzheimer Assoc. will talk about the Mediterranean Diet and Brain Health.
Marilyn Mckenna, Author of Eat Like It Matters: How I Lost 120 Pounds and Found My Inner Badass (And How You Can Too!) will talk about her 120lb weight loss and how she has kept it off for over a decade now.
Maria Rippo will share how to add health and vitality to your life with green smoothies.
Tristan Klesick local organic farmer and health advocate will share about Organic farming and Eating Well.
Healthy appetizers served throughout the day. Klesick Farms Merry Band of face painters all day!
