National Alliance on Mental Illness – Connection Recovery Support Group

2nd and 4th Thursday of the Month:
NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group is a free, peer-led support group for adults living with mental illness. This is a group for individuals living with different types of behavioral health diagnoses – anxiety, PTSD, depression, bi-polar. You will gain insight from hearing the challenges and successes of others, and the groups are led by NAMI-trained facilitators who’ve been there. Join us in the Verdant Building, 4710 196th Street SW, Lynnwood, WA 98036.
