Former Snohomish County Executive Gary Haakenson will share stories and photos of the March 22, 2014 disaster at Oso and the recovery. The cataclysmic landslide left 43 persons dead, rerouted State Route 530 and the Stillaguamish River, and destroyed dozens of homes and structures. It was the deadliest landslide in United States history. Coffee and cookies will be served.
