Join Seattle Wind Symphony for their 10th Annual STAR-SPANGLED SPECTACULAR – CELEBRATING COMMUNITY

This FREE annual concert, in Seattle’s world-class Benaroya Hall, is a celebration of our nation and fantastic community. The performance will feature a variety of American music – both old and new. The program includes works by John Williams, Kevin Day, Susan LaBarr, John Philip Sousa, and others. There will also be a world premiere performance of local composer Ray Heraty’s Seattle Overture.

Dr. John Falskow, Seattle Wind Symphony’s Artistic Director and Conductor, leads the ensemble with an eye for celebrating diversity in compositions for wind band. We are joined again by the wonderful Seattle Wind Symphony Chorus, led by Dr. Linda Gingrich.

Kent VFW Post 6785 Honor Guard
Armed Forces recognition pieces
Featured alto saxophone soloist, Fred Winkler
Narration by Dave Beck, Classical King host
