Join the Seattle Wind Symphony for its 7th annual STAR-SPANGLED SPECTACULAR!
This annual concert, in Seattle’s world-class Benaroya Hall, is a “Birthday Celebration for America” and will feature a variety of festive and patriotic music. The program includes selections by John Williams, Duke Ellington, Aaron Copland, Morton Gould, Leonard Bernstein, and John Philip Sousa. The performance will also feature guest vocalist Ryan Bede.
Join us in welcoming Dr. John Falskow in his debut as the Seattle Wind Symphony music director and conductor, as well as the wonderful Seattle Wind Symphony Chorus, led by Linda Gingrich. Dave Beck of KING-FM returns as the concert host and announcer.
The Seattle Police Department Color Guard will be on hand to present the colors. Come hear national favorites such as God Bless America, Battle Hymn of the Republic, and The Stars and Stripes Forever.
