The 64th annual Skandia Ball is on Saturday, October 20 at the Latvian Community Center, 11710 3rd Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98125. Social hour at 6 p.m., with dancing from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. Admission: $20 at the door (cash or checks only; under 18, free). Wear your favorite folk costume, or dress up fancy. Bring finger-food goodies to share.
