Friday, October 7, the Cedar Valley Grange will ring with great folk music by Norway’s Naustedal Spelemannslag. The group, which is celebrating its 60th anniversary, is touring with 10 hardanger fiddle players, 10 accordionists, a guitar player, a bassist, 22 dancers, an 6 tour helpers. Come for the evening to dance or just to listen. Either way, admission is $15. If you’re learning to dance, come at 7:30 for an hour of dance teaching before the dance begins.
This event is sponsored by Skandia Folkdance Society.
