Presenting, “Promised Land,” an award-winning documentary following the Chinook and Duwamish Tribes and their struggle for treaty rights and federal recognition, Saturday, May 12, 7 pm a the Edmonds Unitarian Universalist Congregation, 8109 224th St. SW, Edmonds. Special guests will be Edie Loyer Nelson and Ken Workman, of the Duwamish Tribe. Filmgoers are invited to stay after the film for discussion and refreshment. Free and open to the public.
