Fire District 1 fire calls, June 23-29

Fire-District-1-logoSnohomish County Fire District 1 responded to 461 calls June 23-29: 363 emergency medical aid calls, 26 motor vehicle collisions, 25 fires, 15 service calls, 1 gas leak, 1 rescue and 30 automatic fire alarms.

June 23
COLLISION: At 6:20 a.m., firefighters transported one patient to an area hospital after a car hit four parked cars and a fence in the 5500 block of 230th Street SW in Mountlake Terrace.

CAR FIRE: At 8:39 p.m., firefighters extinguished a car fire at a business in the 300 block of 128th St. SW south of Everett. No one was injured.

June 24
COLLISION: At 2:11 a.m., firefighters transported one patient to an area hospital after responding to a car that crashed into a wall in the 700 block of 105th St. SW south of Everett.

June 26
COLLISION: At 3:19 a.m., firefighters transported one patient to an area hospital after a car crashed into a fence at Ash Way and 134th Street SW south of Everett.

June 27
COLLISION: At 3:09 a.m., firefighters transported two patients to an area hospital following a collision on northbound I-5 north of 128th Street SW.
COLLISION: At 6:45 p.m., firefighters transported one patient to an area hospital after responding to a two-car head-on collision at Ash Way and 12th Place W south of Everett.

June 28
COLLISION: At 11:43 a.m., firefighters transported a driver to an area hospital after she drove her car onto a walkway in front of a store in the 23600 block of Highway 99 in Edmonds. The car was wedged between a support pillar and a wall of windows in front of the building. No structural damage was done to the building.

June 29
COLLISION: At 3:59 p.m., firefighters transported one patient to an area hospital after responding to a car that drove into a median on southbound I-5 north of 220th Street SW in Mountlake Terrace.
