A free all about Brassicas cooking class is scheduled for 6:30-8 p.m., Feb. 27 at Whole Foods Markets in Lynnwood.
What’s a Brassica you might ask? Well it’s any plant belonging to the genus Brassica, of the mustard family, including many delicious and nutritious vegetables, as cabbage, bok choy, broccoli, cauliflower, turnip, and brussels sprouts.
