The PacMed Living Well Alliance team invites the public to receive a free Health Risk Assessment from 8 a.m.-noon, Sept,. 14 in the Lynnwood Recreation Center Conference room.
Each screening takes approximately 10 minutes and will include blood pressure, blood glucose and Body Mass Index (BMI); fasting is not required. The screening results will be available immediately and reviewed on-site. All results are confidential. The free assessments are for adults 18 and older.
The Living Well Alliance is a partnership between Pacific Medical Centers (PacMed), Premera Blue Cross and the American Diabetes Association who team up to provide free screenings and educational programs.
