Get healthy for the New Year

Lynnwood city logoThe Lynnwood Recreation Center presents a series of medical lectures by health care professionals.

Get smart while getting healthy. Participants are encouraged to bring questions and notebooks to take notes. The program is appropriate for ages 13 and older.

On Jan. 22, the subject is common shoulder problems and the presenter is David Kuechle, MD (orthopedic surgery). The program is from 6:30-8 p.m.

Fibromyalgia and Arthritis is the topic on Feb. 19 (6:30-8 p.m.) with Parul Sharma, DO (rheumatology) as the speaker.

Pain Relief & Getting Back on Your Feet:How Physiatry Can Help will be the program on March 19 (6:30-8 p.m.). Kelvin Franke, DO (physiatry) is the speaker.

The fee for each class is $5. The program are in the conference room at the Lynnwood Recreation Center. To register go here.
