If your child excels in school, they might qualify for the Edmonds School District’s gifted program. You can get more information at a meeting tonight.
The gifted program is for students who take the Cognitive Abilities Test and are identified as “gifted or highly capable.” The pace of the instruction is designed to meet the needs of students who learn very quickly and can process information at much higher or more abstract levels.
