Lynnwood Golf Course is paid off. Come celebrate.

Come put the par in party.

You’re invited to the Lynnwood Golf Course 20th anniversary and customer appreciation event for golfers who helped pay off the 20 year construction bonds.

In 1991, the Lynnwood Golf Course opened next to Edmonds Community College. The 18 hole course was constructed and financed by general obligation bonds. After 20 years and more than 1.1 million rounds later, golfers have paid off the $9 million construction bonds and $5.2 million in interest.

The course is planning a week-long bond retirement celebration to thank customers. Come by between Dec. 1 and 7 to enjoy green fees rolled back to 1991 rates (18 holes for $15 and 9 holes for $10.) Guests will also receive a 20 to 50 percent discount on merchandise and be entered into daily prize drawings.
