“How to Raise a Financially Responsible Child” is the topic of a financial literacy day sponsored by Edmonds-based non-profit Growing Wealth from the Start, from 9 a.m.-noon Saturday, May 21 at the Cascadia Art Museum.
Parents and children will participate in activities aimed at building a foundation of financial independence. Children should be between the ages of 8-18. Free financial information will be available and some of the organization’s hands-on curriculum will be taught.
