Snohomish County Fire District 1 crews were called to the 400 block of Howell Way to rescue a woman from her vehicle after it went over this embankment near the MS Helping Hands office at about 2:15 p.m. Sunday. According to Fire District 1 spokeswoman Leslie Hynes, it took about 45 minutes to get the victim out of the car. Her age and place of residence were not immediately known.
