As part of Ford’s high school and nonprofit fundraising programs, Harris Ford in Lynnwood raised $2,540 to benefit the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center this past spring and also partnered with Meadowdale High School in Lynnwood to raise funds for various student activities.

Washington state Ford dealers have raised more than $324,000 to date through the Drive 4 UR School and Drive 4 UR Community programs. For every valid test drive completed, Ford donates $20 to the participating high school or nonprofit, up to $6,000

More than 1,500 dealers, including many in the Puget Sound area, have hosted more than 4,700 events, partnering with their local high schools and nonprofits. Funds raised can be applied to any area where schools or nonprofits need support – new computers, athletics, music, even to fix damage caused by natural disasters. The Drive 4 UR School and Drive 4 UR Community programs were started in 2007 and 2012, respectively.
