Lynnwood High School’s Royal Robotics team qualified to go to the World Championships last month. Now, the competition is a little more than a week away and the team needs help to make the trip.

The Foundation for Edmonds School District will match all donations up to $2,000 from now through April 28.

All donations can be made through the foundation’s website, through checks by mail (Address: Foundation for Edmonds School District, P.O. Box 390, Lynnwood, WA 98046. Specify “Royal Robotics” in the check’s “memo” line.) or by dropping off donations at the foundation’s location inside the School District Service Center, located at 20420 68th Ave. W in Lynnwood. Only donations made through the foundation are eligible for a matching donation. Donors must also specify that the donation should go to the Royal Robotics team.
