It’s going to be a blustery 24 hours in Snohomish County.
The National Weather Service has issued a high wind warning for Everett and vicinity, which is in effect until 9 p.m. Monday.
Forecasters expect winds of 20 – 30 MPH Sunday night, with stronger winds developing Monday. Gusts up to 60 MPH are possible. There could be strong cross-winds for I-5 tomorrow, falling tree limbs and power outages.
A high wind warning means that “a hazardous wind event is imminent or occurring. High winds can topple trees, down power lines and damage property.”
