PAWS has reduced its adoption fees through Dec. 30.
Prospective pet owners can adopt a homeless adult dog or cat for $75 or a senior pet (7 years or older) for $50 during the Home for the Holidays Adoption Special. Standard adoption fees range from $75-$135.
The year-round Senior for Seniors program offers a reduced adoption fee of $35 to help seniors who are living on a fixed income. The program places senior cats and dogs with qualified senior citizens who are 60 years of age or older.
PAWS operates a dog and cat shelter in Lynnwood (15305 44th Ave. W.) and Cat City (only cats) in Seattle (5200 Roosevelt Way N.E., Suite B).
Real first and last names — as well as city of residence — are required for all commenters.
