Learn about healing power of meditation

Join Ajili Hodari Esq, a practioner of meditation for more than 30 years, as he presents research on how meditation can improve one’s physical, mental and spiritual health.

People will have a chance to practice this simple technique that can reduce stress, enhance relaxation and promote inner growth.

The program is at 7 p.m., April 18 at the Lynnwood Library.
